Taking a momentous project by the horns and delivering a swift, yet quality transformation.
We were approached to project manage the conversion of some old Acton offices into nine flats for London professionals. The building required stripping down and needed to be completely re-envisioned as a place where people could live.
It was important that the space available be used to it's maximum potential. Every kitchen and living space was carefully planned to allow for generous functional living. All the kitchens and storage units were bespoke manufactured and installed by us, to ensure that nothing was missed.
Not only did the interiors need to be re-worked, but the exterior joinery needed evaluation also. To improve the energy efficiency of the properties, we bespoke manufactured windows and doors for the entire exterior with our FENSA regulated glass and durable Accoya® wood. This also improved the natural lighting of the property, making these new living spaces an attractive place to live.
